Keele station is a Line 2 stop under Keele Street, between High Park and Dundas West, in a part of the west end that mixes the Junction Triangle's newer residential buildings with older low-rise housing closer to the park. It's a single-line station without a transfer, sitting close enough to High Park that some riders use it as an alternative entry point when the station named for the park itself is more crowded. The area has changed noticeably over the past couple of decades as former industrial buildings nearby were converted into apartments, which shows in the mix of architecture around the station. The difference between getting off at Keele and continuing one stop further often comes down to nothing more than which platform is quicker to reach from street level.

Delay risk

Line 2 Bloor–Danforth's incident rate runs about 1.0× the GTA-wide baseline, built from public TTC delay history — a comparison of incident rates, not the odds your specific trip is delayed.
