Dundas West is a Line 2 station with one of the more useful regional connections on the line: a direct link to GO Transit's Bloor station, right at the edge of the Junction Triangle and Bloorcourt neighbourhoods. It sits between Lansdowne and Keele, and unlike most of Line 2's stops, the GO connection here means it functions as a transfer point well beyond the subway network itself. The surrounding blocks mix industrial-turned-residential buildings with older low-rise housing, reflecting the area's shift over the past couple of decades. Reroute treats the GO link as a real option, not just a footnote, comparing a Line 2 plus GO combination against a longer all-subway route whenever a trip's destination actually sits along the regional rail corridor.

Delay risk

Line 2 Bloor–Danforth's incident rate runs about 1.0× the GTA-wide baseline, built from public TTC delay history — a comparison of incident rates, not the odds your specific trip is delayed.
