West Harbour station is in Hamilton, on GO Transit's Lakeshore West line between Aldershot and Confederation, a short distance from Hamilton GO Centre, the corridor's other Hamilton stop. Both stations serve the city, but West Harbour sits closer to the waterfront and Hamilton's downtown core. The station is wheelchair accessible. Lakeshore West continues past West Harbour toward Confederation, St. Catharines, and Niagara Falls, so it's one of the stops on the corridor's longer southwestern extension beyond the Toronto core. Heading the other direction, trains run through Aldershot and Burlington toward Oakville and Union Station, making West Harbour a workable option for Hamilton commuters heading into downtown Toronto without driving the QEW.
