GO Transit station guide

Confederation

First & last trains, connections and delay risk for Confederation.

Confederation is one of the westernmost stops on the Lakeshore West line, past Hamilton in the Stoney Creek area, between West Harbour and St. Catharines. Weekday trains run from 5:50 a.m. to 11:31 p.m., and weekend service is available too, starting at 7:07 a.m. and finishing by 11:13 p.m., neither schedule stretching past midnight the way stations closer to Union tend to. That makes Confederation one of the more limited stops on this corridor outside peak commuting hours, since the last trains here run earlier than they do further into the network. Reroute factors that shorter service window into any trip planned through Confederation, so a late-evening search doesn't surface a train that's already stopped running.
