Brampton Innovation District sits in downtown Brampton on the Kitchener line, between Bramalea and Mount Pleasant, and it's closer to the city's core than most of the more park-and-ride-oriented stops further out on the corridor. Weekday trains run from 5:50 a.m. to past midnight the next day; weekend service starts later, around 7:53 a.m., with a similarly late finish. Being downtown, the station sits closer to Brampton's civic buildings and commercial strip than most other stops on this stretch, which tends to draw more pedestrian traffic and fewer drivers than the suburban stations surrounding it on either side. It's a reasonable anchor point for anyone planning a trip that starts or ends in central Brampton.
