Unionville station is in the historic Unionville neighbourhood of Markham, on GO Transit's Stouffville line between Milliken and Markham. Unionville's main street is one of the better-preserved 19th-century village cores in the GTA, with a strip of heritage buildings that predate the suburban growth around it by well over a century. The station is wheelchair accessible. Stouffville line trains run through Unionville seven days a week, weekday service starts just after 5 a.m. and weekend service begins around 7:40 a.m., both continuing into the evening. From here, trains run southwest through Milliken, Agincourt, and Kennedy toward Union Station, or continue northeast through Markham and Mount Joy toward Stouffville and the line's terminus at Old Elm.
