Old Cummer station is in North York, on GO Transit's Richmond Hill line between Oriole and Langstaff. It's named for the Cummer family, early settlers in this part of what's now Toronto, and the surrounding area still carries the name in local street signage. Like the rest of the Richmond Hill line, it only operates on weekdays, service here starts a little after 6 a.m. and wraps up by around 7:15 p.m., with nothing running on weekends. The station is wheelchair accessible. Old Cummer sits toward the southern end of the corridor, so most trains through here are either just leaving Union or about to arrive, making it a fairly quick ride either way. It's a peak-commute station through and through, built around the weekday rush rather than all-day travel.
