Centennial serves Markham on the Stouffville line, sitting between Unionville and Markham stations in a stretch where the corridor runs through several closely spaced stops across the city. Weekday trains start at 5:34 a.m. and run past midnight; weekend service begins later, around 7:35 a.m., wrapping up before midnight rather than running into the small hours. Markham's stations along this part of the line serve a mostly residential catchment, so Centennial functions as a neighbourhood stop rather than a downtown hub. Reroute plans the walk or drive to Centennial as part of the full trip, comparing it against the nearby Unionville and Markham stations so a rider sees which one actually gets them to Union faster.
